This supplement is awesome cause it doesn’t cause constipation. My iron has always been very low and my doctor recommended this brand. However I get the capsules cheaper in a health food store and no delivery charge. I wish the package would also contain more than just 20 capsules as I take 2 a day. I will continue to use the capsules to maintain a good iron level.

Just started this iron powder supplement and so far I really like it. It has a very minimal flavor and is easy to take. It’s too early to know if it’s improved iron levels yet, but I haven’t experienced any negative side effects.
