My teenaged daughter can't swallow pills yet so having a powdered option is great! So many of the choices aside from pills involve liquid. My daughter finds that this powder taste is tolerable if she takes it with flavoured applesauce.

I've had low iron for a number of years and have struggled to improve my iron levels.
