I love how easy it is to use these capsules. You don't have to worry about waiting an hour or two hours before or after a meal like the other iron pills. I had no side effects either from the capsules. I wish there were 30 in a packet for a month. Other than the price, I think they are great, easy to take and convenient

Très bon goût de baies. Lorsque l’on mange quelque chose après avoir pris le sachet, le petit goût ferreux ne reste pas en bouche. J’aimerais seulement qu’il soit offert avec un plus haut dosage de fer, 40 mg par exemple. Je prends deux sachets par jour et je n’ai aucun inconfort à consommer ce supplément. Je vais assurément acheter à nouveau.
