Fast efficient service

Polite and knowledgeable staff, Very helpful. Reasonable priced products. Wide range off stock

Hinges and hasp/staple all good. However, the packaging was not. The box was badly broken, sufficient to eject the items; luckily everything was there. The items had been put in the box, and wadding just put in with them. Boxes are transferred (thrown) out of and into vehicles at least five times in most deliveries: once on collection; twice at the collection depot; and twice at the delivery depot. Heavy hardware has to be properly wrapped in wadding so that it forms a large soft lump, which will impact the box sides relatively gently. Unpacked hardware will attack a box at its edges.
