Arrived very stiff and I was expecting something much softer. Also the colours on the website are much more vivid than the actual blanket. It's a present so I hope the couple I'm giving it to can soften it up and enjoy using it

it is a good idea to insure but if delivery people left parcels at correct addresses not dumped them all parcels should be covered by delivery payment.
