Shipping was really slow based on my experience, but the product was delivered well-packaged, and I was happy with it in the end. The organic cotton is very soft and comfortable, and the colors are muted and look nice.

Terrible customer service. Requested to cancel my order and instead of canceling they sent me an email assuring me that my order was processing. I replied again that I would like to cancel the order. Received a response several days later stating that it was too late because my order was in shipping but that I can return my order. Now, I get to go through the extra hassle of trying to return during the busy holiday season. This could have all been avoided if they had followed through with my initial request. If I knew it would take so long to get my order, I wouldn't have placed it. No reasonable resolutions. Felina, you have lost a long time customer!
