I think I would have loved these underwear but they run small and there is unfortunately a no exchange policy. According to my normal size, measurements, and pant size, I should have been a small (I referenced the size guide), but they were very tight on me. I am 5'6, 130lbs, athletic build. If you are on the fence about what size to get, I would definitely say size up!
