Website is great. Service, also great at responding quickly. Shipping, not thrilled that I who send bs m socks because the company only sent the left sock. All I asked for was for them to send the right side to me.

Loved these on first wear. They've eliminated the chafing issues I was experiencing on longer runs. Can't wear anything else now.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for my wife. I was able to make the return within 10 minutes. Very helpful. I am reordering the correct size. I am going to order some socks for me too.

Great fit. Socks don't slip down my heel.

I purchased the plantar fasciitis socks and found them extremely difficult to put on and to get the toes positioned into the front of the socks. The elastic around the top of the socks cut into the ankle and after washing them it didn’t alleviate the problems - found them uncomfortable. I gave a pair to my brother waiting to see what he thought - maybe it’s just me?

I love the support, cushion and feel of the socks. The shipping cost is very reasonable compared to competitors

Love these! The extra support does provide relief. I have a small thin foot and they fit tight, might want to size up if you have a wide foot.

Features is an A+ company. Fast shipping, they stand behind their product. I have numerous pair of their socks. When they wear out I send them back and they give credit for a new pair. That’s when I buy extra pairs.

I have tried many socks and these are the best. They dont cause blisters or make my feet hot and are comfortable in my shoes.

Feetures has become my go to for socks. I have been a customer for over 10 years now and the quality of the socks is the best. My one complaint is the warranty process. My wife buys Bombas and when she has a warranty, they ask for a photo then send her a credit without making her return their socks. I wish Feetures would adopt this policy and not make the consumer pay to return damaged socks. I love the lifetime warranty but that would be a huge benefit as well.
