Nice colors for Spring

The color and design are great. However, I usually wear max cushion, so, in comparison, these seem too thin.

I wrote this letter to them and sent pictures of the defect and the only response I got was that they will let the product team know. There definitely not like what they used to be. Very Disappointed! Hi, I’ve been a loyal customer of your socks for many years. As a triathlete and someone who is generally very active, I rely on socks that can withstand frequent wear and performance use. What I’ve always appreciated about your product is the arch support and the anti-chafing comfort, which made them a go-to for my training. Over the past few years, however, I’ve noticed a change in quality. I used to purchase them from a local running store, but more recently I bought several pairs on Amazon in different styles and cushion levels. Those socks felt noticeably more brittle and didn’t seem to have the same durability I was used to. Last week I purchased a bundle directly from your website, thinking they might be closer to the original quality. Initially they felt soft and well made, but after just a 30-minute treadmill run, the socks started pilling quite badly. As someone who works in the apparel industry, heavy pilling after such minimal wear typically indicates short-staple yarns or lower-quality fibers, which was surprising given the quality I’ve associated with your brand for so many years. I’m sharing this feedback because I’ve genuinely been a fan of your socks for a long time and have worn them through countless training hours. It would be disappointing to see a product that stood out for its performance move toward lower quality in favor of price or volume. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously. So many socks were out of stock, with no indication of when they might be available. It was really frustrating. I spent a lot of time over several weeks trying to find the type of sock I wanted and eventually had to give up and tried another Feetures option. I wish I had waited for my preferred sock. If you can’t get socks directly from the supplier, where are you meant to get them?

Feetures have been my go to socks for many years. Love all the new designs with city collection and others. Appreciate such great socks that protect my feet while give this 60 year old runner many more miles to run.

Feetures are the best socks for tennis. They are lightweight yet give fabulous arch support. They do not slip down into the back of the tennis shoe. I brag to my tennis friends and actually just “gifted” a pair to one of them! She loved them!!!
