I have shopped now with fayt twice. Once in store and once online. My store experience was second to none. I walked in there with an idea of what I wanted and the dress I wanted didn't fit my body type. Usually when this happens in other stores, I get very in my head and emotional as there are very few plus size clothing variety, unlike Fayt. Rather than getting upset, I tried a completely different outfit on and loved how it looked on my body. The ladies at the Chermside store were kind, welcoming and encouraging. My online experience was simple and incredible. I messaged the Fayt team to see if they could offer me a discount code to get some PJ's I can wear after my surgery and being a part time earner, it can be tough to afford these things. They got back to me within 24 hours with my very own discount code so that I could make my purchase without it hurting my pockets. Fayt is perfect for every woman and all of the staff are literal angels. I don't mind spending the extra cash for good quality materials and best quality customer service. You guys are great x
