I purchased them from my granddaughter and her fiancé for Christmas

I'm very disappointed with my first purchase at Farberware. The set that I actually received is amazing - that was delivered to my home in a timely fashion. However, I ordered another piece and that was delivered to the wrong house - NOT the address on file - because I did NOT receive it AND the picture on the tracking is NOT my home. I am very disappointed with the customer service as the item has not been re-delivered to my actual home and no refund has been issued. Although I love the set I did receive, because of the lack of customer service, I will NOT be ordering again.

No issues ordering my saucepans online, they were delivered on time, and they got here in tact. I will definitely order directly from Farberware again for my cookware needs, because I do not want to patronize 3rd party sellers.

My experience was good I had to wait awhile for the order. It was in great condition when I received it.
