I went to housekeeping with a set of Faberware pots and pans 63 years ago and continue to use them daily. They still look brand new!

Lid came used

I have been charged for these items but I never got them. UPS failed to deliver. I gave them my address 2 times and they have failed. Is this a scam ? Do I need a lawyer? Please research this if it’s fraud, lost package or cancelled. Or just give my account a credit. Susan Balise

Bought my first farberware when I was 18 and I still prefer it to any other cookware. Until recently I was still using a 1970's convction oven. Has about 4 in my lifetime. Wish they would come back.
