I have been buying from F&J for the last 4 years, including some high end irons with very specific modifications and everything has been done to perfection. Their attention to detail including customer service is top. I dont see myself buying anywhere else.

I wanted a specific wedge with a specific shaft, bounce, lie and grip and they delivered. I tried to order the same club through Cleveland / Dunlop and they didn't have the shaft options I wanted. Fairway Jockey did and they didn't brake the bank.

I was searching for a new shaft for my 3 wood, and I was having a little difficulty making sure I was going to order the correct one. I called the customer contact number and spoke with Sadie. After a brief conversation, she had Darren contact me. Between the two of them, they helped me with every question and my new shaft arrived this morning. The new shaft is the bonus in my experience. The true pleasure of my whole experience with Fairway Jockey was the interaction with Sadie and Darren. True professionals that actually care about customer satisfaction are a rarity these days. I ordered a custom Srixon ZXi5 set from Chile, with a tight deadline to receive them at my hotel in Colorado before flying back home. Darren Joubert made the entire process effortless. He confirmed a delivery date before I paid, handled multiple spec changes (heads, shaft flex) without any hassle, and produced a clear build sheet so I could double-check every detail. When the package required a signature and I couldn't reach the hotel from abroad, Darren personally called the front desk and arranged for them to receive and hold it for me. That's service you rarely see anywhere. The clubs were built exactly to my fitting specs. If you're ordering custom clubs — even from another country — I couldn't recommend Fairway Jockey and Darren more highly.

Everything they market their services add were met from an overall expectations standpoint. Lose the hassle of having to go through a fitting in-person or fight the potential upcharge while buying a new club(s). If you have your measurements, this is the best way to go through getting your clubs at the most affordable/justified price.

The best part about this site is the ability to build a club to your / your fitter's exact specification and the incredible rewards program they offer you. If you do your homework or have a great fitter, you will not be disappointed with this experience

I worked with Darren Joubert throughout the spec/build process and he could not have been more knowledgeable as well as his timely responsiveness to any and all questions. I also made a mistake with the credit card used at purchase and Darren went above and beyond to resolve with the finance department and was also able to get the 20% cancellation fee policy waived. Darren is an expert in all things golf spec/fitting and successfully answered every question I threw his way. I can honestly say I have not experienced better customer service nor have I purchased a product from someone as knowledgeable as Darren. Dude is Legendary status.

I like how the club face is a little bigger than my G430 making it a little easier to hit and jsut as if not more forgiving than the G430.
