I ordered from the website. Delivery was quick, and was informed throughout on progress of the order. The email follow ups were great, and so convenient that returns can be in the store. Store personnel in NYC 133 prince street location are exceptional -- warm and welcoming! They chased down a jacket for me in the right size from another store, which required several phone calls. I purchased the Legend Sweater Dress in size small and exchanged it for a size XS. Return was easy with no shipping charges and the new one was shipped out immediately. The dress is lovely and the same soft warm fabric as the two Legend shirts that I have. Quality products and excellent customer service are a nice combination.
