I had made an online purchase that arrived after I left for a vacation where I wanted to use this item (summer purse). I returned it in-store easily and also made a purchase. Tess (salesperson) and the manager were very friendly and helpful.

I have purchased many items from Faherty over the last few months. Clothing is fabulous. Happy Returns very easy. However, I had a problem with my loyalty points and contacted the customer service 4 times by phone and email to no avail. Even contacted my local Faherty retail store for assistance in getting in touch with customer service. No response from any employee. Very disappointed in their customer service!!!!

I keep coming back for more. I think that says it all.

I ordered the movement polo and the movement 5 pocket pants. These are both must haves for the summer. Very breathable material and very comfortable. I received many compliments in the outfit! Highly recommended.

I inadvertently ordered the incorrect size of jeans for my husband (switched the waist and inseam numbers), but Faherty's return/exchange policy couldn't be easier. Begin a return, get a QR code on your phone, take to a Happy Returns outlet, let them scan the code, get a receipt, go home and wait for the new item, which came within 3 days. Another reason to love Faherty!

Great product but even better people. I was looking at both an XL and XXL. I needed the XXL but accidentally had them ring up the XL. The person helping me remembered my need and when they saw the XXL on the folding table they chased me down on the street to swap out the sizes. Saved me a return trip to the store.

Amazing pant, the stretch terry. I got the Eastern Shore color, which basically gives me a pair of jeans that feel just all around super comfortable and stretchy, the perfect balance. I get the nice feeling of stiffness that I would want in a jean without feeling constricted in my movement. I really hope you guys don’t discontinue this pant or this color. It’s way better than the organic cotton jeans in my opinion, softer.

I like your clothing but your website is a nightmare. iI found it rather difficult to navigate.....it took me two days to get an order in......with the result of getting two of both items I ordered. Parts of your website would just not react to anything I clicked on.Customer service is only open during the day I think....resulting in a phone call back too late . Now I have to deal with returning things....All 4 items arrived nicely packaged but each was sent separate arriving at different times and days. Trying to call in my order did not work due to no one answering phones. I would have gotten them at Nordstoms but they did not honor the Faharty discount on the white Gima dress....just the blue denim which they didnt have anymore.

I ordered the Short-Sleeve Indigo Pocket Tee - Azure Stream Stripe - Azure Stream Stripe / L for my son & he loves it. However, he put it on to go out to dinner with his girlfriend's family, and noticed 5 min after putting it on that there was a strange white mark on it. It almost looked like chalk. Since he left the house already, he had to wear it, but he really loves it & I was wondering if we could exchange it for a new one. I am certain that it is not anything he did to it - he only had it on for a very short time. I am attacheing a picture of it. Please let me know if I can exchange it for an unmarked one.Thank you!
