I originally received the wrong size filters, even though the order confirmation clearly showed the size I ordered. Shayne was quick to reply to my request and sent the correct size filters. Even though the order got messed up, they were very responsive and put things right. I will order from them again.

I bought 2 MERV 12 filters recently. They were delivered quickly and work wonderfully. The change from MERV 8 to MERV 12 was immediately noticed in air quality and reduction of household allergens.
