Great facial/ workout, but a bit sales-ey
Whilst the overall "workout"/ "facial" was good, it was a little bit tainted as I couldn't help but feel like I was constantly being sold to. From the start of my facial, my therapist suggested I added on deep cleaning (with no mention on price) and I had to firmly say no as she lifted the machine to do it. Throughout the session, you're introduced to every product and its benefits to the nth degree and all the way through to payment when there is a suggested tip on the machine... Slightly takes away from the relaxed experience which you would expect from a facial of this price.

Teeth protection during treatment
Recently, I enjoyed a revitalising facial workout at Facegym. The experience was phenomenal, leaving my skin glowing and me feeling rejuvenated. The team provided top-notch service. However, I encountered discomfort when the electronic tools (Pro) interacted with my dental crown. Consideration for clients with sensitive teeth or dental work, perhaps through a brief pre-treatment consultation or the option of a protective mouthpiece, would be a welcome refinement. Addressing this minor issue would elevate the already excellent Facegym service to new heights.

Speedy delivery, ordered right before Christmas. Fab products very satisfied. I just wish it would be easier to access the face treatment with all the various tools. Need to go on Vimeo or YouTube every time, while they have an app but just to book facial treatment.
