My skin had a sudden change due to lifestyle so I asked for some advice - I heard back from the consultants via email within 48 hours and they helped tailor my routine. Great products, have been using them for a few years already, face dr were great at getting my video consult organised over a weekend, and products sent out straight away for next day delivery. I requested the expiry dates were as long as possible and they absolutely accommodated that! Happy to use them again, totally professional and I asked a few product questions too and got very honest answers
