The packaging is thoughtful and well-designed, with small details that show intention. I do wish there were more transparency around the process. Such as, how it’s made, where it ships from, and what their packaging and shipping practices look like behind the scenes. It would also be reassuring to know more about the cleanliness and care involved in handling and making the product. That kind of clarity would go a long way in building trust.
