Shipping was prompt, the website is a bit wonky. Hard to navigate to edit subscriptions, reward points are not updated in a timely manner. My biggest disappointment is not earning my reward points for raving about your products to a friend who actually ordered and told me she ordered. Anyway, I love the products but FR doesn’t go above & beyond in customer satisfaction as my experience with companies like Ilia and Jones Road. I will continue to order for myself but I will not recruit new fans.
