Shipping was prompt, the website is a bit wonky. Hard to navigate to edit subscriptions, reward points are not updated in a timely manner. My biggest disappointment is not earning my reward points for raving about your products to a friend who actually ordered and told me she ordered. Anyway, I love the products but FR doesn’t go above & beyond in customer satisfaction as my experience with companies like Ilia and Jones Road. I will continue to order for myself but I will not recruit new fans.

Shipping is always fast, despite my living near the East Coast! The staff have been super friendly and responsive the few times we have interacted, and they genuinely feel like they care about their products and customers. Would love to possibly see an online refill/recycling program in the future possibly.
