The shoes is not built for walking, after 30 mins I had a big blister in my right foot Achilles tendon. Is just too tough, it does provide stable support but lacks flexibility. I felt it was too tight in my toes during basic walking not even doing any high intensity training.

Needs more explanation on exact fit stiffness

The squat shoe is good and makes you stable in your squat. However, they do run very small. ANd if you get a discounted shoe you can't return or exchange it.
