Shoes fit very well once I got them on… struggled a little getting on as top was tight but the shoe is quite comfortable and supportive once on.

Highly recommend. Fit is true to size, comfortable, and supportive. These have improved my squat form significantly.

Best lifting shoe on the market!

I wore the cxt-2 for the longest time and it was a great training show. Due for a new pair so decided to try the cxt-3. It has a similar footprint with the wide toe compared to other training shows which I like but the cxt-3 feels a bit wider. Provides solid stability and support for runs up to 800m, Olympic lifts and plyo work like box jumps and ability training.

Been squatting in these for about 2 weeks now and I love them! They have addressed my ankle mobility issues and allow for me to have more of an upright torso moving 500+ lbs on squats. So for me its a 10/10

Have always loved TYR trainers but hadn't yet tried the CXT-3. Absolutely love it. Super comfortable. Although it's a bit roomier than past models, it still moves well. Not as "solid" or "sturdy" as the CXT-2 Carbon Elite trainer (which I still feel is the best all around shoe for metcons that involve heavy lifting), but definitely a great every day shoe for training. Not to mention, this colorway is awesome. You wouldn't believe the number of people who came up to me to say, "I love your shoes!" All in all, very happy to have finally added the CXT-3 to my collection.
