Shoes came quickly.

Called to discuss a couple times. Size 5 insoles fit better in my walking shoes than my shoe size 7. Representative said no. New ones were way too thick for regular shoes, only fit in my tennis shoes.

Good customer service. Returned as boot runs long&wide.

I would give 5 because I love Aetrx shoes ( Sandles) and have several pairs . I would have liked to be able to exchange for another size, but wasn’t given the choice. I could only return and then had to go into site and reorder. Not difficult, but would have been more convenient to just exchange.

Trying to get how to return them, gave me the runaround

Only rated 2 stars due to where the arch placement was for me. Otherwise I love Aetrex shoes!!

So happy I discovered this company!

Wore them for the first time yesterday and they are extremely stiff above the ankle in the front and rubbed my shin, very painful hopefully they will soften up!
