Excellent service.

Placed an order 3 months ago for about $3,000 and still waiting for it to be delivered. Called in October for an update and they told me waiting for end caps they were getting by Nov. 1. We’ll here it is, Dec. 2 and still no product. Thinking this company is a scam, going to try to cancel the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you may just lose your money.

A little short with height

I am disappointed I don't know anyone who has baseboard heating and needs these covers. From measuring and ordering to installation I have never had such an ease process. The directions for measuring were so helpful and precise. The prompts to make sure you are ordering all the things you need saved me from not being able to complete my project in one go. When I made a mistake and miss typed my email address the were so quick to answer and correct my email. When I got my package, everything was packed so carefully there was no damage. I was pleasantly surprised and the quality of the covers. There was even a little pack of snacks, which was just so cute and unexpected. Installation took no time at all, a little longer because we had taken off the back panel of our old cover so we had to use the Wall Contraption Brackets. If I had to come up with one thing, I would change I’d say suggest there be a video of how to use the Wall Contraption Brackets. But the written description was very precise. Before getting them, I would have said the price was a bit steep. BUT after getting them I’ll tell you it is 100% worth the money. I have baseboard heating throughout my 3-bedroom house and I can’t wait to install these covers in every other room. And did I mention how they look!?!?!? I swear they look 40 years off the look of the room. Clean, sleek, unintimidating. They really bring a homey comfort to something that before looked so industrial and commercial.

I ordered my covers on a weekend and received them about three days later. I couldn’t be more happier about their product.

My only snag was when I first looked on your website for the two ends I needed for the Standard EZ-Snap On Cover: I needed two closed ends, but was hoping that you might have ine with a slit in it already, so we wouldn't have to cut one ourselves. I presumed open end meant a piece that was entirely open, such as one connecting two covers. Customer Service was great at listening to my need and assuring me that the "open end cap" really was the end cap with a rectangular slit already cut into it to fit over a pipe. What wonderful news! Your products are truly helpful, and service is excellent. Shipping was fast, and your packaging super.
