The rug is thin and cheap. It doesn’t lay flat. I’m so disappointed but don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it.

We ordered a rug and pad. We received a confirmation #. The pad arrived, the rug did not. We have called numerous times and emailed without any response. When we track the order on the website, it doesn't show any order, neither the pad or rug. Our credit card charge matches the order price for both. We understand a mistake, we'd also like a response. Even more, we'd like the rug!
