Ep9 is my favorite gun i own and the cheapest. I own several guns that cost 7-10x more and still prefer the EP9. I should get paid by Extar because I’ve sold my family, friends, and police department on buying so many at this point. They often refer to it as the fun gun, insane the quality you get for the price.

I bought the Extar EP9 after seeing it come up in several of Honest Outlaws videos on PCCs. The EP9 is my very first PCC and I couldn’t be happier with it. The gun runs phenomenally. The day it arrived I lubed it and took it to the range. I put 200+ rounds of Monarch 9mm through it without a single issue. I used all four of the 18 round magazines that came with the gun as well as a 32 round Glock magazine and I had ZERO malfunctions. The recoil is very manageable and the ergonomics are sold. After my first range day I mounted an angled grip to the MLOK rail and I highly recommend it. There are some metal parts on the outside of the gun that are very close to where I was resting my support hand so the angled grip was a huge help. My only “issue” with the gun is that the safety selector switch is quite sticky on mine. However, after some extended use it has already loosened up some so I’m sure with persistence usage it would be just fine.

After recently purchasing an AR15 pistol brand new from a different company that has given me issues and is unreliable I was reluctant to purchase another inexpensive firearm but I received my new Extar EP9 (Brace Model) and I couldn’t be more pleased, I have been to the range with it twice so far 500 rounds in and I haven’t had any malfunctions! I am also very impressed with how consistent it is, my groupings at 50yds are great especially considering it only has a 6 1/2 inch barrel! I tried 4 different brands of magazines and 3 different types of ammo and it has been flawless, I wish every company made their firearms this efficient! My EP9 has become my favorite gun and has also made me consider purchasing a suppressor! I will recommend Extar to everyone I speak to about guns! Thank you very much, B. Ahmad

Bigger Charging Handle = Better The larger handle makes a BIG difference. Easier to use, slides more smoothly than the standard one, and saves your knuckles from scraping your optic!

Remember you first gun? BB, toy or otherwise? This feels like that all over again. Make no mistake, I'm not saying it's a toy, it just elicits that kind of response. Few guns do that for me any more. Highly recommend. PS - Be patient with shipping. It's worth it.

Budget friendly simple design but well made. Accurate, dependable with no malfunctions in close to 1000 rds. Just what I have been looking in pcc.

This gun is a great value for the money. Many equate “value" with cheap. But even though the EP9 is inexpensive, it is definitely not “cheap. ” It’s light, yet solid. And super accurate! Mine has run flawlessly for 500 rounds so far.

I ordered the EP9 because I have a 9mm pistol, and I didn't want to invest in different (556/223) ammo. I received the rifle yesterday, took it to the range today and zeroed the Holosun ARO CORE sight to 25 yards. It's a lot like a AR rifles with a few subtle differences, all improvements in my opinion. We fired around 300 rounds without a single jam, using Extar mags and Glock 33-rd mags. I like the short barrel because it fits easily in my truck even with a suppressor. This is a great home-defense weapon, and a lot of fun to shoot. I'm going back to the range with it tomorrow.

I read a ton of reviews before choosing the Extar EP9. I am so glad I did. It's so much fun to shoot, very accurate, and well made. It is already my favorite gun I own. If you are on the fence, grab the Extar.
