My experience with Express Water has been nothing but a pleasure sine ordering my Elite RO system, and the ordering of replacement filters was no different. Products are shipped quickly and delivered in in sturdy safe packaging assuring an intact undamaged quality product. Thank you Express Water!

Noticeable difference in our water
Noticeable difference in our water quality. The scale was lessened significantly and all of the chlorine smell disappeared entirely (even past when the filter was “due for a change”). The first sign they needed a replacement was the scale beginning to build up again which led us to purchase the replacements directly from express water. Our first stage was gross- so happy to have filtered all the gunk out!

The order was placed on January 3rd and received on the 30th. I assume that because it was coming from California the fires were causing problems for the shipping.

I have a “subscription” with
I have a “subscription” with express water (EW) for a whole house filter replacement set (3). This last order was canceled by EW because they said they didn’t have 1 of the 3 filters. They didn’t delay the shipment until the got it, they canceled it for the entire year. Why would any business do that? Regardless, I ordered 1 filter and what u got was different than last time and it took them a month to fulfill. EW seems to be having issues. Hopefully they aren’t going out of business.
