I've purchased from EV 3-5 times in the past with positive experience. Recently I purchased their EV brand gold puff vinyl and had issues with i. The instructions were wrong or the carrier was on wrong side, I am still unsure. I reached out to EV via email with a question about the product and directions and never saw a response in my inbox.
