Shipping for this product took a bit longer than it would at larger brands but I'm sure with time and growth, that will improve. Packaging of the items was great. Customer service via email was a bit slower than my experience with other smaller brands however, the answers were always thorough.

Only gripe is the dispenser... The "how to" video maybe should clarify not to push with the powder because the moisturizer launched straight up into the dispenser and now I cannot get it clean. The powder barely comes out now. I've tried to clean the plate, but it just never ends in its gooey-ness.

I love my exponent beauty serums!! I started with vitamin c and liked it so much I went and bought the coq10. My skin feels firm and brightened after using them. They are so smooth to apply and absorb quickly into my skin. I love knowing I am giving my skin the freshest, cleanest and most effective products. The dispenser itself is very chic and was simple to assemble the first time and took no time at all the second time. Btw I am 39 years old and in that stage where I am crazy about keeping my skin looking and feeling youthful. I’ve tried lots of products and this is by far my fav. Highly recommend!!

The Vitamin C serum kit arrived in less than a week. It was beautifully packaged in a red box. The short assembly video was very helpful. It took a couple of minutes to put it together. It is very easy and pleasant to use nightly with a mixing time of 5 seconds.
