Excellent customer service. Have a subscription. Easy to modify products and sometimes needed shipping dates.

I like the daily dispensing of the Vitamin C for freshness and effectiveness. My hylauronic acid dispenser became dissembled and most of it spilled out. The canisters need more effective directions.

I purchased COQ10 and whenbthe bottle arrived it had not been closed good because it leaked all the product in the box. I took pictures and emailed them 2x and nothing! Noone emailed me back or has contacted me. This is an expensive bottle to not be able to use and the company doesn't care about their customers only a profit! Beware!
