      I thoght that I knew all the best ways to keep my teeth white but then I learned that I had to soak out my stain. I thoght I had white teeth , but they whitened another 3 shades. Thank you!!

      I used this for one hour and noticed my teeth were visibly whiter. My Dentist recommended this gel and said to wear it for 1 hour at a time. It has a minty flavor.
