Hi I bought this item because a friend of mine from Miami recomended me. I didnt buy anything from UK and bought this item from USA. Wait for a week , received on time. After using 2 weeks there is no difference at all. I have paid almost £70 for nothing. You say %80 costumer satisfaction. I think I am in the %20 part. :(

Happy with gel but the applicator head has been changed, so cannot get steady flow.
