This is same product I purchased from my dentist. This does a really good job of whitening teeth, with mouth trays. Noticeable difference.

I think that is the answer. When I started using it every day then I saw my teeth change to very very white and now I only whiten my teeth when I need to or if I see my teeth looking a bit yellow again and the white bounces back quickly.
