Didn’t like that we had to send pants back for an exchange. The pants should be availabe in several inseams and not just one. Not all men are short.

You did okay, but if you are going to charge me a handling fee for something that doesn't fit, (exchanged size didn't fit either) it makes me hesitant to try new products, will stay with the ones I now fit.
