After a month. I’m still waiting on my merchandise and I have not received it

They never sent me the second bottle of conditioner that I paid for. I discussed this with customer support and was told another bottle was coming but received nothing. I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered a 5-piece set of 3D-printed Washington DC monuments. Only received 1. After 3 weeks, one week of which I had to persistently nag the company, I received a refund. I was disappointed that I didn't receive what I ordered, but happy in the end after a slightly more than reasonable amount of time and effort that I received a full refund. I probably won't use the company again.

Took over a month to receive item. Had to order another one from a different store that I received in 2 days. A broken toilet valve is not something I can wait over a month for. Item was mailed back to y’all for a full refund.
