Charging device Inoperative

I really like a certain lotion that I can’t find anywhere. Every market has found it for me. Albeit the expensive price hurts a little.

I ordered a mug for $18. 88 and was charged $90! And customer service will not respond to my emails!

Never again. I ordered 5 sets of my favorite pens and I paid over 140 dollars. Do you know what I received ? 1 pen. I emailed them and they promised me to investigate and then never heard back. So , never again
