I ordered my item 3 weeks in advance of the start of my trip. You estimate of delivery included my departure date so I contacted you in hopes I could change to expedited delivery. In this day and age of rapid delivery options on just about any website your system seems a bit antiquated and doesn't seem to bode well for a successful future. You might look into changing that.

I ordered the wrong carburetor, but have went over the 30 days for the return policy, but other than that my own mistake the experience was very customer friendly and had absolutely no trouble. Thank you very much.

I am pleased with results the way our this matter turned out. I didn’t,t realize my eye ointment came from you people. Glad this was cleared up.

Overall good but I received only half of my order with no information on the rest of the order so I was not clear if or when the rest of my order would ship. When I e mailed customer service about it they did send out the rest of my order within a few days.

when my first purchase got lost in the mail, EveryMarket didn't hesitate to return my money. When I reordered it all was smooth and worry free. The pan is a wonderful product. It was great. . . easy to find item prices were decent and then honestly shipping sucked. It took over a month to get here and it was a small enough item to just drop in the mail and send, I would have had it in a week. Otherwise over all was happy
