I was to have received a package a while ago. The driver of the van said that it had been damaged and that I would receive a replacement soon. Please let me know when I am likely to receive it.

TP is TP… WGaC has all the qualities desired, more compact rolls so less expensive in the long run, minimal, only-paper and individual, attractive packaging that doesn’t need to be hidden away, excellent Customer Service and the bonus of being a responsible give-back organization. I tried to completely stop Paper Towel use, but still need them occasionally, and a pack of 6 rolls of WGaC per year does it for us and the cats. The bamboo towels can be used for draining washed salad (for example) which keeps the leaves fresh longer, then hung to dry and later used for pet messes, etc and in that case saves washing water for rags. Excellent product, pricing and service, who could ask for more???

I really like the products. I have bought them a couple times (toilet paper, kitchen paper and towels). I can but recommend the products. However, I have had 3 times problems with delivery. First, one order never arrived. I got refunded for it (this was fast). Ordered the same products a second time. Only one product arrived. Wrote to complain. The other products were re-sent. After 3 days without receiving a tracking ID, I wrote to check, and the order was never sent to be processed. After that, then it was finally delivered. So, the logistics part of the delivery both on WGAC end and on their delivery services is not good.

Have bought the toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. All excellent. Speedy delivery. Saves me including these bulky items in my weekly shop and I'm doing my bit for the planet as well. What’s not to love?
