Replaced my original bolt that had an issue with the element roam. Great customer service and problem easily solved. I needed the original speed sensor replaced and it was under warranty, and got the new Roam at a great price, as my bolt was failing with screen & backlight issue. The new Roam is a huge upgrade from the original bolt.

Have to say, easy to order and all arrived together and within promised timeframe. After a couple of weeks on the Zwift ride would certainly recommend, glad I decided to get back into cycling over the winter months now.

I’m actually quiet disappointed as the does not stand perfectly straight and a bit to the right. THe floor is perfectly level. Do I have I have a faulty Wahoo? What can be done about it?

Really happy with the Zwift setup and delivery, all packages received in one go so able to put together immediately.

Wahoo desk (version 2) is even more versatile that the original version. Extra wheel makes this more stable; cup-holders a nice touch. Cheapest from Wahoo direct.

Very disappointed with the delivery service. Not able to track the progress. Customer service provided a link that did not work. In a follow-up call with the transport company the representative claimed to have made a phone call to schedule delivery which was not true. The receiptant was expecting a call it is unlikely that the call was missed.

I tried to buy the Zwift frame but when i tried to order it the price dropped to $720 and i couldnt add it (that was an inventory bug/out of stock). When I received the bike it had wear and tear marks at the back.

Excellent product (kickr 2) and even better customer service from Oliver. I made a mistake in my order but he did what was necessary to make everything right.

25 days in the EU to receive an order that should take two to three days? Two days spent on the FEDX logistics hub in Lisbon , stressing, asking , arguing and a lot of headaches. People responding me that they dont even knew where the parcel was, the delay on your emails, no tracking number till i asked for it, muddy and nasty Ai responses. My mind just go by that thinking of “i hope i will have no problem with this item “ because if this happens with an order i imagine if i need a feral support from this company.

Delivery to Canada is expensive. Some better logistics could help that. I took more time for the order to be processed than other premium brands.

Replacement cleats work well and are a lot easier to unclip than the standard cleats. Happy with my purchase.
