Have not received the goods and have no correct tracking number. Asked customer service for a correct number to track but they could not provide it.

The Ui experience on your site is terrible and a lot of unnecessary pop-up marketing which causes delays/stops the purchasing process. Keep it clean/simple and remove noise and distractions
