Two shipments now, the first sitting for 12 days with no movement and now the second sat with DHL requesting customs fees (covered in pricing according to website) for the last 3 days and no movement. Customer service Anniken has tried to help, though updates have to be chased for, but at the end of the day I don't have my delivery again for a planned trip. Totally frustrating.

Delivery took ages but I am led to believe that is because they had changed their warehouse location, it also didn’t help that DPD wanted me to pay a levy, in fairness, once I emailed Swims they resolved that issue very swiftly

The process of returning items was very smooth

The sizes are perfect for fitting, fast delivery. I love these shoes.

The product had a nice fit, but there were way to many white details and the white details were way to thick. I payed extra for quick delivery, but I didn’t get shipped until Friday the same week( I ordered on a Monday). I was promised a refund on the delivery fee which I never got.
