Upgrading from a Koda 16 - an oven that I loved, elevated my pizza game, in which I baked over 1,000 pizzas over 6 years before it stopped working. The Koda 2 pro is even better. The added stone space is great, makes cooking easier. The dual-side burner makes turning less critical and cooking more homogenous. The digital thermometer is practical and informative, with the bluetooth feature a nice (although not important) cool feature. Only downsides to me are the thermometer connections are not reliable (often loosing contact) and ignition is spotty (sometimes needs multiple tries to work). Overall, it's an amazing product for the pizza enthusiast.

Customer service needs to be more efficient and timely. Reliant on only email service and offering no direct phone service it lags others. One example is Amazon. ca and Amazon. com. They offer both online and quick follow-up via a live agent over the phone. Very efficient and timely! Truly great customer service through Amazon! Do better Ooni!

Terrific

Board arrived broken and split. I was then sent 3 more boards which also came damaged. There is no quality control done and the packaging is not sufficient to ensure it arrives undamaged. Customer service did their best to correct the situation but without the proper quality control and inspection at the warehouse and proper packaging the board did not arrive in a good condition.

I love this pizza oven! It is well built and solid. I like the dual fuel option. It gets up over 900° with ease. And the pizzas I’ve made rival any gourmet pizza restaurant I’ve been to. I also like that their website is easy to navigate and has cool features like recipes how to use and a dough calculator for making batch dough. So, give it a try you definitely won’t be disappointed.
