I’ve been burning the Neom Candle in “Pure Luxury” and honestly… it lives up to the name. The scent is soft but rich at the same time — think clean, expensive spa vibes with a subtle warmth that fills the room without being overpowering. It’s one of those candles that makes your whole space feel instantly calmer and a bit more put together (even if there’s laundry on the chair, like… we move 😅). It burns evenly, throws scent well in a medium room, and doesn’t give that artificial “too sweet” headache smell some candles do. Definitely feels like a little treat-yourself moment every time I light it. Would 100% repurchase — this is one of those “don’t save it, light it” candles.

Disappointed with NEOM. I placed an order for a birthday gift for my sister, to be delivered (I paid for next day delivery). The gift was not delivered next day and was not delivered to the correct address, the proof of delivery shows this. The delivery company was EVRI who were unhelpful is assisting and advising where and to who the gift was left. Totally awful customer service
