Total waste of time and customer service is very poor. They only send a standard cut and paste reply to any query. Unfortunately as I did not have the receipt as it was a gift they were not interested in helping. Didnt even say I could purchase the missing item or a solution to get the mini pod to work. save your money and buy one from some where else that cares. Shame on you Neom, only interseted in profit.

An exemplary sales pitch, friendly and helpful and I’m delighted with the recommendation . I loved it so much I came back for three more to offer as gifts.

horrible - after one month my order was delivered so I cancelled. It was a gift for a friend and I was beyond disappointed. I will be sure to tell everyone I know how horrible your company has been to deal with.

Very satisfied with the pod and the essential oil blends starter kit. It's my first time ordering an essential oils diffuser and it works well! I think my favorite blend is Complete Bliss—it's GREAT. -1 star however for the very slow shipping. It took 3 weeks for my parcel to be delivered. Please don't use the cheapest shipping option for "free" shipping :)
