I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Keen's excellent return policy. I bought sandals for my son and I, and after wearing them for a week we realized we did not love our shoes. Keen returned both pairs of sandals, paid for the return shipping and issued a complete refund. We have since purchased different sandals and both of us are extremely pleased. These shoes are worth the price!

I ordered the wrong size (ordered 10.5) and I wear a 10. Just wasn't paying attention. IYesterday, I received the 10.5 Red Hook boots. Have already ordered the size 10 which should come soon. Once I receive the 10 (assuming it fits), I'll return the 10.5. Note that the 10.5 came in a box, not a yellow plastic bag. I do have the return label printed and ready for the return. Thank you.
