I have never been disappointed with the quality of the keen footwear. I just wish there were loyalty discounts given because they are expensive.

I ordered the wrong size (ordered 10.5) and I wear a 10. Just wasn't paying attention. IYesterday, I received the 10.5 Red Hook boots. Have already ordered the size 10 which should come soon. Once I receive the 10 (assuming it fits), I'll return the 10.5. Note that the 10.5 came in a box, not a yellow plastic bag. I do have the return label printed and ready for the return. Thank you.
