Smooth transaction and the items were very well packaged. However the laundry bin was harder to assemble than I imagined it would or should be. Nice, but very pricey for all the effort. The cleantech items are great and very user friendly. I would buy from Joseph Joseph again.

I have been a Joseph Joseph customer for many years and have a vast amount of your products. this time however I didn’t receive my order for many weeks. A few emails later it eventually arrived but with an item missing. Again another email to inform you of the missing item. Proof of what was in the parcel sent to you. I received an apology and was assured that the missing item would be dispatched me with an email to confirm it I am still waiting for the confirmation email of the dispatch. So at this moment I am not a happy Joseph Joseph customer.
