This is my second purchase with ISLE, my first was a Versa.

Customer service helped me with my return on the paddle blade that I could not use.

Really impressive customer service. I was going to buy two paddle boards, but I’m new to it so I wanted to buy one first just to make sure. I loved it so when I went to buy the second very shortly after getting the first I saw it the price was quite a bit higher than what I had just paid. I didn’t realize it, but the first one I bought was on a Memorial Day sale. I called customer service. Let them know what happened and they were very gracious and sold me a second one at the original price that I paid.

Works well! Takes less than 10 minutes to inflate my 11’6” board to 16psi. Deflates well too.

The online purchase was very easy. My board was shipped on time and actually arrived 1 day earlier than expected. I sent a question to their customer service, figured out the issue myself, then sent them another message to disregard the first, which they actually replied to, which is nice knowing that actual humans are looking at the messages being sent.

Great costumer service and quick shipping

I had an inflatable paddle board that I had difficulty steering and didn’t do well in swells and waves. This hybrid is really stable and steers beautifully in the water. I wasn’t sure if I could stand up on the board with my dog so I used it as a kyak. It was so stable next time I’ll try it standing. It was very easy to set up. The seat was very comfortable and the quality of everything was outstanding.

This team was communicative, supportive, helpful, and let me know that my board was on its way.
