I received a paddleboard with apparent scrapes, stains, scuffs, and dents to the deck. I contacted customer support who attempted to ensure the issues were purely superficial. However, we’ll see if that’s the case upon first use. On the upside, the shipping was relatively quick and customer support was kind.
