I enjoy the quality of the Curlsmith products. They work as advertised! The shipping is much too slow and the expected delivery dates are not accurate. If you live in a rural area and must drive to get mail delivery, double check to make sure your package has been put out for delivery before you get in the car. Otherwise, order your products well in advance of needing them, especially if you share with family. The products are great. Local availability would erase any shipping issues. Thank you.

Best curly hair products!

Ordered close to $200 in products that never arrived and tracking information hasn’t been updated in weeks. Customer service said they’d look into it but ghosted me and refuses to refund me or cancel my order. What a complete waste of time and funds I shouldn’t be spending on hair products anyhow, and now I’m forced to go through my credit card agency to try and recover my money. I’ll never shop with this company again.
