I am stuck on Curlsmith ! Nothing else touches how well it cleans; reducing frizz, and manageable!

Just didn't work for my hair. Dried it out (from soaking wet and JUST rinsed of conditioner) and was too hard to even comb through. Felt heavy on day 2.

I liked the advent offers at Christmas which encouraged me to place an order. Everything smells so gorgeous and works really well. A bit on the pricey side so I don't use your products every time. The emails are a bit too frequent so I might unsubscribe again. Overall, a happy customer.

Gives very strong hold. For the first time, my hair doesn't get frizzy during the day and the curls last. Morning refresh is much easier as well. Its the first time I really feel that the products reactivate with water

My hair is very fine and low density - with an inconsistent curl pattern. I have a hard time finding products that will give me definition without weighing down my hair. It’s always a balancing act of definition vs. volume, and I never want my hair to be anything but soft and shiny - and this hits the mark! I layer it over the curlsmith bouncy strength foam and my hair is defined, soft, and shiny - and never weighed down. It has a fresh citrusy smell, and a little goes a long way. I only use about a dime’s worth. I have spent hundreds trying different products, but I always land on Curlsmith!

I ordered a Full 8 oz bottle of Effortless Waves. When the package arrived, I immediately opened it and was extremely disappointed to find a 2 oz bottle instead, which is very small considering the price of $28. I was able to get in touch with customer service, who asked for photos. Within 2 minutes I provided 3 photos of the packaging and the bottle, I also forwarded my email confirmation that proved which size I ordered. The 'customer service representative' failed to reply to me for 24 hours, then said they were sending the correct size bottle. Here I am today, opening my package to receive, AGAIN, a 2 oz bottle. Terrible service, a complete scam. The company is run by AI and this is what happens. I will never use Curlsmith again. Luckily I got a refund through Affirm.
