I enjoy your product and have used it for years. I’m no longer able to find it locally so I purchased it online. When it arrived, the package was literally too small and it didn’t protect the bottle. It arrived with the lid popped off and had leaked product in the package. This was disappointing, especially considering the cost of the product. I will continue to buy, but would strongly recommend a box that actually contains the bottle.

The products are really good. I especially appreciate the navigation around the product selection, as I am a 1st time user of curl products.

I absolutely love the Co-wash. I have thick wavy hair and this product is the absolute best I've used for it. It hake my hair soft and hydrated. I had a shipping issue and their customer service team was super friendly and helpful about fixing it right away. I will definitely continue to order it.

I love Curlsmith! Love how effective their products are and the ingredients! Also, once I ordered a product that I found out after using wasn’t the best fit for my curl type. Curlsmith told me to keep it and refunded me all of my money. I gave it to my sister and she loves it! This is the type of customer service that needs to be studied!
