Ordering easy, shipping with a few days of order, delivery guy helpful and friendly. Nothing to complain about. All excellent.

So you decided to ship two of the beds with a stubborn courier. I left a note specifically saying I need the beds to be taken upstairs in the townhouse because I did not have helping hands. The courier guy says “not my job. I drop it on the door and that’s it. “ kept calling you but no answer the whole morning. I recommend you to 3 people before this purchase. Would I ever do it again? No.. please pay attention to your customers request and at least let them know whether you can help or not so that they can plan things out.

Great looking sofa/day bed, looks strong and easy to assemble. Shocked that you didn't stock the mattress for it though. I only had a days notice for delivery which isn't enough time to arrange time off work or someone to come and take delivery. It didn't come in the morning slot and said they'd come the next day instead but then turned up in the afternoon...it was lucky that I'd just got in from work to accept it

Found this company online . Sent for swatches which arrived the next day . So much choice but finally decided on design of headboard and ordered online after reading reviews . Had a phone call one week after ordering to arrange delivery . Delivery was next day and exactly when they said it would arrive . Montana headboard in mink tweed was exactly as ordered . Fabulous quality , full instructions . Would not hesitate to use this company again
