I mean everything is amazing, but the support that I got was good there was this point where I sent them what they want and then they didn't respond. Then at the end of around seven days and then I got my package. I mean props to being quick but I'd like to know that it's coming.

Purchased a jersey from ESL as a gift. When it was given, there were flaws in the material. I contacted ESL with my concerns and they replaced the jersey, which arrived very quickly and was in excellent condition. Customer service was excellent.
