Horrible service and order Half of my $170. 00 order was missing and nobody even tried to make things right or fix the issue. Wouldn't waste your money or time. Support is AWFUL.

I was travelling to the united states when I made the online purchase. It said 2-4 business days for delivering. It took more than a week and I did not have a chance to get my products. Since I was not in the us anymore. I explained to your “team” that I was concerned with the time of delivery and the answer was to send a friend to get to me and ship me home. Lost 70 dollars.

I didnt receive the good size of my cologne hoodie and receive a different t shirt of what i ordered. Before receiving the package i had to pay a 20$ border fees for a 20$ order…

check ur buy, They say the product has been shipped and delivered but never show proof of that, no picture, no signature, nothing, I had to go to the building manager to check the cameras and we have video anybody delivered nothing that afternoon, i make a complain but is just a lost of time, The shipping company sent me with them and they sent me with the shipping company. In the end, nothing worked and I lost money.

The product never arrived, I wrote to Support 4 times and they never gave me an answer, it was always that the product was delivered to a front desk, there was no photo of the delivery, there was no signature, there was no name of the person who received it, my product was simply lost, my money was lost and both ESL and the carrier I wrote to them more than 4 times and they said the same thing all 4 times, we checked the cameras at the time that the Delivery says and nobody entered the Front desk not only at that time but throughout the afternoon, a big scam

The products were good, the problem I have overall is that I asked support to see if the sizes were European sizing or US sizing because the chart they showed on their clothing seemed off for both types and the answer I received from them didn't clarify anything about this. So when I purchased the jerseys, it turned out to be European sizing which if you're from the US, buy 1-2 sizes bigger and it's nothing too bad, I just really wish they were clear about that from the start. However, the jerseys themselves and the hat are good quality and I would possibly buy more things from them again in the future.

I thought the price was a little high when I got the shirt, but I really wasn't expecting it to be the highest quality shirt I would easily own. I love it. My only complaint is that these shirts (at least) run LARGE. I'm always am medium size, but their medium is like a large or 2x so bare that in mind.

The item I received was great, good quality and the print/design on it is so cool! The shipping was extremely quick and honestly surprising. Packing was well made and item was sealed well. Website is easy and intuitive, nothing bad to say about anything!
